The Greatest Baseball Player Of All Time Is A Japanese Man Named Seiya Suzuki
Today is a marvelous day because the Cubs are 6-4 and the vibes around Wrigley are through the roof. We got a sold out show tonight at The Vic. The office is absolutely slammed with the fellas. Just as I type that, Michael Angelo grabs a seat at the table. His smile is vibrant AND HERE COMES MIKE GRIER. I tell ya. April 19th 2022 is one for the books. I've never seen Barstool Chicago buzz the way it is right now.
And yet with all these vibes, I'd be a sucker to overlook Bleacher Bum TV sweeping the local ratings. Some people are calling it the best one stop shop for all your Cubs internet content. Not me, but some people are saying it.
This week is huge because the offense has been outstanding through 10 games. 1st in average and on-base and OPS. 4th in slugging. 6th in walks. Just a really solid effort top to bottom and that's because Seiya Suzuki is awesome. The man just destroys pitching top to bottom. 3 times on base in the opener. 3 RBI's against Woodruff. 3-run bomb off Peralta. Two solo jobs to win a 2-1 game in PIT. NL player of the week after destroying Colorado. Been on base all 10 games. Everything he does is marvelous and everybody needs to know about it.
Seiya Suzuki.
And while you guys are offering help then please do me one more solid and subscribe to YouTube. We keep this up and I'll have the Bleacher Bum TV T-shirt Tank Top ready to go Mid-May. That's a Barstool Carl guarantee.
