JuJu Doesn't Question Big Ben's Arm & Chase Claypool Wouldn't Want To Play With Any Other QB
JuJu and Chase were a lot of fun to talk to after practice yesterday. They get a lot of shit, and the crazy fan in me has even chimed in on some, but these dudes are young studs without question.
They're ready to roll for at least one last ride with Big Ben under center.
"I don't know why everyone questions his arm," JuJu said. "I don't understand. Think about it, man, there's a lot of older quarterbacks who can still sling it...Think about guys like Eli, Drew Brees, Phil Rivers, he was part of that class and he's still got it. Ben's still got it."
Chase Claypool and Big Ben had a real nice connection in his rookie season last year and it continued during practice on Thursday from what I saw. Claypool snagged two jump balls during "7 Shots" from the 2 yard line.
"I'd rather have him (Roethlisberger) than any other quarterback," Claypool told me.
Other than that we talked about JuJu vs. Chase off the field in terms of dancing, video games, what color I should dye my hair, and more.
