Tank Cooks Steak Pizzaiola

Ingredients:
- 2 tbsps olive oil
 - 2 boneless ribeye steaks
 - 2 garlic cloves, chopped
 - Salt, black and red pepper to taste
 - 1 can chopped peeled tomatoes (28 oz)
 - 1 tsp oregano
 - Grated Parmesan
 
Directions
- Heat olive oil in large skillet
 - Pat the steaks dry and season with salt and pepper
 - Add steaks to pan on medium heat. Cook until both sides are browned.
 - Once browned, remove steaks from pan and set aside
 - Add garlic to the pan and brown for a minute. Add in the tomatoes, oregano, salt, black and red pepper
 - Bring sauce to simmer and cook until thickened (20/25 mins)
 - Add steaks back into the sauce and turn to coat
 - Serve hot and top with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan
