I know I know, today is NFL Playoff Sunday. I get it. But with some time to kill until kickoff I figured this was the perfect time to talk about our latest Victor Wembanyama jaw dropping moment. Just when you think we've seen it all from Wemby so far this season, he reminds you that we're just getting started. We've had the crazy blocks, insane dunks and mind bending shooting. What we hadn't had yet is that special ball handling moment. A move that makes no goddamn sense how a player at his size is able to pull off.

Now we do. Enter the Wemby Shammgod.

Alright come on. I know I sound like a broken record when it comes to this stuff and Wemby but what choice do I have? He keeps doing things on a basketball court that make zero sense. As an "old", I'm someone who remembers when God Shammgod first introduced us to this, and it's one of my favorite highlights we have in the NBA

So to see Wemby flawlessly execute this move and finish over DPOY leader Rudy Gobert, yeah, that's going to make you stop in your tracks a little bit. We should probably take a second and talk about how a player of his size is able to pull off a move like that in a real NBA game going at full speed against one of the best defenders on the planet. I wouldn't exactly call that normal.

Perhaps the most impressive part of that entire sequence for me is the fact that Wemby even thought to do it and then had the guts to try it. It helps show you how he sees the game and what types of tricks he has in his bag that he can reach into and pull out at any time. I'll be honest, the shammgod was not something I thought Year 1 Wemby was already going to not only have, but successfully use.

Then again, maybe I should have. Given everything else Wemby has already done this season, I guess we can rule out any move. A true basketball alien, he may just be able to actually do it all
