Francis Scared The Shit Out Of Me About How Mortgages Work

This week, I learned that buying a house is even more expensive than I already thought. I came out of this conversation even more scared after what Francis taught me. But I guess I'm more prepared for what's to come. This is now 28 episodes of lessons between myself and Frannie, and there's no end in sight. I have learned more this past year than I've ever learned in my entire life, which is certainly a sad reality, but I'm having a great time doing it.
