Ingredients
- Sausage mild (Jimmy Dean) or any breakfast sausage
- Bacon
- Eggs 8 -whisked together
- Shredded Cheese cheddar 2 cups
- Frozen Hashbrowns – you can use hashbrown potatoes or shredded whole-bag
- Milk – whole milk is best.
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown the Sausage or bacon- Crumble sausage into a skillet on the stove and brown thoroughly.
- Whisk the Eggs: Mix eggs and milk together in a large bowl and whisk well.
- Add seasonings: Add salt and pepper to the egg mixture and stir. (Accent to wake it)
- Mix ingredients together: Add frozen hashbrowns, sausage, and cheese to a casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Add to the baking dish: Pour the egg/milk mixture into the dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes – covered with foil.
- Remove the foil and bake for 10-15 minutes more until the dish is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
- Rest for 10 mins before serving.
