Tank Cooks Shish Kabobs

Ingredients
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon coarsely cracked black pepper
- 1 pound London broil cut into 1-inch cubes
- mini potatoes
- metal skewers as needed
- 2 green bell peppers, cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 large onion, cut into large squares
- 1 cup of chunked pineapples
Directions
- Mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper in a bowl
- Cube London Broil and place into the marinade with peppers and onions.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
- Before cooking, prepare mini potatoes in a bowl of seasoning and olive oil.
- Add beef cubes, peppers, onions, pineapples, and potatoes to metal skewers, alternating the ingredients.
- Cook the skewers on the preheated grill, turning frequently and brushing generously with the marinade you prepared for basting until nicely browned on all sides and the beef is no longer pink in the center, about 15 minutes.
