Tank Cooks Beef Tenderloin
Ingredients
- Beef Tenderloin
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 6 cloves of garlic mashed
- kosher salt
- black pepper
- accent
- garlic powder
- lemon pepper
- 2 tbsp thyme
- 3 tbsp rosemary
- 2 tsp minced onions
Directions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 275°F.
- Preseason the tenderloin with your favorite spices
- Create a marinade with the above ingredients and whisk together
- Coat tenderloin with the marinade
- Place seasoned tenderloin in the oven at 275°(F) for 60-70 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°(F).
- Let tenderloin stand for ten minutes before plating the meal/
