Francis Explains The Origins Of His Long-Standing Beef With Front Desk Ebony
Let me start by saying this - Ebony is much more than just a security guard/front desk person at Barstool Sports. She's an icon, she's a legend, she is the moment. She's loved and feared and often revered. It doesn't matter who you are, Ebony is always going to give it to you straight. Which is probably where the issues initially arose for her and Francine. You have to remember, when people work together for years they tend to get on each other's nerves. It's the natural ebb and flow of office life, even at Barstool Sports...people are going to piss each other off.
The long and short of (the most recent iteration) of their beef is that Francis called someone by the wrong name while he was in a rush and Ebony took umbrage, but it goes deeper than that. To be honest I think she's hated him from day one. Just a personality difference I guess. No hard feelings. Francis gets into it in the episode so make sure to watch the whole thing.
