Brandon Walker May Be Coming Around On Bagels...Montreal Bagels
Brandon Walker made waves yesterday citing he didn't like bagels and that they were "bullshit"
Well that was the first order of business today. Actually second after Kate dropped her new bangs on the world.
We found out today that Big Cat orders a bunch of bagels from a shop in Montreal and freezes them to later eat. The difference between Montreal bagels and New York bagels is:
"Montreal bagels tend to be smaller, thinner, sweeter and less salty than their New York City counterparts. Both are boiled, but Montreal employs wood-burning ovens for baking, while New York utilizes burlap planks. Many NYC loyalists tout the local tap water as the secret ingredient." - Wine Enthusiast
"Another difference between the Montreal and the New York bagel is that the Montreal's dough is much denser and sweeter." - The Tasting Table
Brandon seemed to agree with Big Cat that Montreal bagels are much better.
