The Burger From A Barbecue Restaurant May Not ALWAYS Be The Best Idea
Burgers from barbecue restaurants are always an interesting thing. On the surface you'd expect them to be on pretty much every menu and done well at that! Though I've found that most BBQ joints are obviously focusing on the big dogs like brisket, pork, chicken, and sausage and so on and so forth. Now obviously there's some great ones out there like the brisket burger at Fox Bros in Atlanta, but most of the time they aren't even menus due to the fact that they'd be an afterthought which I love. If ya can't focus on it then why have it on the menu?
