Zdeno Chara Joined Spittin' Chiclets For An Interview You Don't Want To Miss
When the Spittin' Chiclets crew was in Boston a few weeks back, they were lucky enough to land Zdeno Chara for a lengthy and in-depth interview about his career. Big Zee was both motivational and introspective when retracing his steps from a fledgling hockey player in Czechoslovakia to a 24-year NHL career that will eventually see him enshrined in the Hockey Hall of Fame.
The giant D-man playing in the Stanley Cup Final with a broken jaw became the stuff of legend. But he was dealing with much more than that.
He also raised eyebrows at his first Bruins camp with this jaw-dropping feat of strength.
Chara can also speak several more languages than the average bear.
If you haven't listened yet, make sure to tune in. One of the things you'll pick up on is Chara's desire to never stop learning new things and it's sound advice for anybody.
We also discussed the dumpster fire that was the Vancouver Canucks of the last few months.
Not to mention we saw an apology from the Whitdog.
We also shot the shit about everything else that went down over the last week. But seriously, don't miss the interview with Big Zee.
