In a Bizarre Turn of Events, Hannah Brown’s Brother Is Engaged to Jed Wyatt’s Ex

If you watched Hannah Brown's season of The Bachelorette this headline is a total mindfuck, and if you haven't, it makes no sense at all. I will break it down.

Hannah Brown's season of The Bachelorette was a trainwreck in motion. Peter Weber, Tyler Cameron, and Jed Wyatt were her top three. She picked Jed Wyatt. While her season was airing, Jed's alleged girlfriend at the time, Haley Stevens, came out saying she and Jed had been dating and were still together when he left to go on the show. She claims Jed told her to wait for him and he was going on the show to boost his career. Jed ended up proposing to Hannah on the finale, but they were already broken up during the live After The Final Rose special.

At some point, Hannah's brother, Patrick, met Haley and started dating. Their first social media posts together are around February of this year. This weekend, Patrick PROPOSED to Haley.

From the pictures, it looks like family and friends were there but we don't see Hannah. Hannah and Haley don't follow each other on Instagram. In November, while Hannah was doing press for her new book, she was asked about Patrick and Haley's relationship and she told Us Weekly "About his love life--I don't choose who my brother loves and who he wants to be with. But I love him and want him to be happy."

AWKKWARDDDD. Holidays are about to be super fun! Of course Hannah wants her brother to be happy but I'm sure she is wishing he found literally anyone else on this planet. The heart wants what the heart wants and Patrick and Haley are proving it.
