Today Is The Day: It's Go Time For The PGA Championship And The LTP Classic
What a week for Fore Play, what a week for Barstool Sports, what a week for the game of golf. Today the PGA Championship will kick off AND the LTP Classic will kick off. A week ago today the LTP Classic didn't even exist and now, just 7 days later, it's a full on women's college tournament complete with players, coaches, team bags and an approval from the NCAA. Riggs, Live Event Lisa and the team have been working their asses off getting that event off the ground while Frankie and I have been on the other side of country at the PGA Championship. This whole last week is really a testament to just how much Barstool Sports can do. It is hands down the best media company at adapting to whatever happens. The NCAA drops the ball and cancels regionals for reasons that are still somewhat of a mystery? Well we'll just pick up the pieces and throw our own tournament in Arizona. Riggs headed down to Arizona to do that while we headed to South Carolina to cover the PGA Championship. It's all just very cool and it's the best place in the world to work.
