Here's A Look At Tony Finau's Hurt Ankle He Played On All Week At The Masters

Grosssssssssssssssssssssss. Tony Finau finished in the top-10! He finished in the top-10! He finished in the top-10!!!!!!!!!!! I wanna scream it from the rooftops. He finished in the top-10 with his ankle looking like that. Insane. I honestly still can’t get over the video of Tony Finau messing up his ankle in the first place. It was gnarly. Not only did his ankle twist completely the wrong way BUT THEN HE PUT IT BACK INTO PLACE and walked away like nothing happened. On Wednesday night it was still up in the air if he’d even play. Well he did play and he went ahead and posted a 66 on Thursday. Those pictures above are what his ankle looked like after the tournament ended. I can’t even image what his ankle looked like Thursday morning. It had to look like the Goodyear blimp. I’d still be on the ground at the par 3 course if that happened to me. It’d be like a Family Guy skit. I’d just stay down for an uncomfortable amount of time until an ambulance came and took me away. HUGE shout out to Tony Finau. What a beast. What a story.
