Shout out to the city of Philadelphia for putting on a SHOW last night on and off the field. As a Robby G fan I was crushed but then again the Summer of Gronk starting a little early isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. One thing is for sure… Philly was READY for this moment. And they did not disappoint.
I followed Rone & Caleb into the bowels of Broad Street and everywhere around City Hall IMMEDIATELY after the Eagles won. It was bedlam, it was MAYHEM, I legitimately heard “Dreams & Nightmares” no less than 500 times. For nearly 96 minutes we streamed all the madness on FB Live and there’s limitless highlights to see. Every car in Philly had people dancing and BLASTING Meek Mill

Rone was nearly killed by a traffic light pulled down next to City Hall
And then everyone started singing “We are the Champions”
There were humans riding on top of cars
And flipping them over
Also humans falling off of buildings
And blindly walking into traffic
Also humans dancing on cars and Tom Brady’s grave
Lip tattoo chicks were criticizing TB12’s makeout style
Fullbacks were ready to tackle in full pads
The streets were LIT
And also sparkling aimlessly fireworks
Baby, YOU are a firework
Dog heads were EVERYWHERE
As were the “FUCK TOM BRADY” chants
Even the oldest Eagles fans were ready to go to jail for partying
Firefighters did their best to do their best
As did the police aka human car washers
Emotions flooded out in all the ways
There was some of the ol’ smashing glass and looting too
Which lead this Eagles fan to plead “WE’RE BETTER THAN THIS” Jury is VERY much out on that one
But mostly everyone just wanted to FREE MEEK
And some fans in Minnesota wanted a souvenir
Thanks to the city of Philadelphia for not murdering me and letting me take in that absolutely majestic shitshow… Although I’d say Rone’s Venmo fund should probably go towards rebuilding that entire area instead of the blind and deaf kids. Please don’t take this as criticism Mage Rone, I am but a loyal servant! Spare me! I ate the horse shit as you commanded!
