I Am Of The Belief This Plane Was Not Supposed To Land Here

A couple things.

1) If you’re flying Pegasus Airlines to Trabzon you better be ready for anything. Pretty sure for this flight they just grab a couple tarmac workers, toss them in the cockpit and go for it. “Plane practically flies itself!” they say. A muddy cliff landing with no deaths, no injuries? Actually pretty solid outcome. A few minutes of pure terror then you hop down down one of those cool inflatable airplane door rafts and boom, you’re on vacation. Not too shabby.

2) How did this thing stop here? On the side of a cliff? Look at this shit.

I mean this 65-ton plane misses the runway, slides halfway down this steep ass cliff….. and just stops? Huh? What a miracle. Again, gotta be pretty happy when you roll the dice with the Pegasus redeye to Trabzon, end up this close to drowning in a flying death trap with 160 strangers, but end up walking away 100% fine instead. Filling out that Yelp review I think you have to just say: “5 stars, they got me there alive.”
