Does Tom Brady Have Another Miracle Working Mentor?
Yesterday Feitelberg mentioned the trailer to the upcoming Tom Brady documentary that has by now probably killed him. What we’ve come to find out since is that the movie was made by Religion of Sports, the new production company started by Brady, Michael Strahan, company CEO Ameeth Sankaran and this guy, who directed the film:
If Gotham Chopra’s name sounds only vaguely familiar to you, maybe it’s because you’re aware of his famous father, prominent New Age movement figure and alternative medicine icon Deepak Chopra. After some exhaustive research from my research department (i.e. spending 45 seconds copying and pasting from his Wikipedia page) I’ve dug out some facts about the elder Chopra:
Chopra studied medicine in India before emigrating to the United States in 1970 where he completed residencies in internal medicine and endocrinology. As a licensed physician, he became chief of staff at the New England Memorial Hospital (NEMH) in 1980.[7] He met Maharishi Mahesh Yogi in 1985 and became involved with the Transcendental Meditation movement (TM). He resigned his position at NEMH shortly thereafter to establish the Maharishi Ayurveda Health Center.Chopra gained a following in 1993 after his interview on The Oprah Winfrey Show regarding his books. …
Chopra believes that a person may attain “perfect health”, a condition “that is free from disease, that never feels pain”, and “that cannot age or die”. Seeing the human body as being undergirded by a “quantum mechanical body” composed not of matter but of energy and information, he believes that “human aging is fluid and changeable; it can speed up, slow down, stop for a time, and even reverse itself,” as determined by one’s state of mind. He claims that his practices can also treat chronic disease. As of 2014, Deepak Chopra lived in a “health-centric” condominium in Manhattan.
That that, rest of the NFL. Brady is not only doing pioneering work in pliability, ceramic-lined pajamas and proper alkaline/acid balance with Alex Guerrero, he’s now partnering in the film business with the son of a man who’s learning how, for all intents and purposes, achieve immortality. A former chief of staff of NEMH who’s unlocking the secret to “perfect health.” Think about how good Brady has been for 17 years. Now try to imagine how good he’ll be when his buddy’s dad teaches him how to use his quantum mechanical body composed of energy and information to be free from disease, never feel pain, age or die.
I mean, he’s practically achieved that now. But think about how much it’ll mean to the Patriots knowing they don’t need to use up a roster spot or cap space for a backup quarterback because TB12 can’t be injured and can reverse the aging process. Not to mention, Gotham’s dad taught our next president how to make matter move simply with the power of her mind:
If Oprah could move a washer just with her mighty intellect in just one lesson, what chance will opposing safeties have of making the right reads once Brady gets Yoda’d up by Deepak Chopra in the ways of the quantum mechanical body? Brady is going to outlive us all and never stop being the perfect quarterback. I have never felt so good about the future of the Patriots as I do at this very moment.
