The U Is No Longer Back

The turnover chain could only carry The U so far this season. There’s only so many forces at be that can counteract a late season chokejob by Mark Richt against a 4-win Pitt team. Malik Rosier couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn as he was throwing ducks for the vast majority of the game and Pitt never allowed Miami’s run game to get going. Rosier hit Berrios for a late score and Miami recovered the ensuing onside kick, but it was too little too late.

Just look at this boxscore, Pitt dominated every which way and caught Miami looking past them at Clemson.

Big credit to Pat Narduzzi and his iron clad testicles for calling this one over at halftime. You just don’t waltz into the Nard Dog’s house and walk out of there with a win whenever you feel like it. Well, unless you’re Oklahoma State, NC State, or UNC, but CERTAINLY not if you’re Miami.
