Grading the Newest Sex Scandal Teacher
Oklahoma – A married teacher in Oklahoma was arrested Wednesday after having a sexual relationship with an underage student.
Hunter Day, 22, a science teacher at Yukon High School, was arrested by the Canadian County Sheriff’s Department on complaints of second-degree rape, facilitating sexual contact with a minor and possession of child pornography, KWTV said. She reportedly is married to the school’s football coach.
Authorities said they investigated the relationship after being notified by the boy’s parents and finding explicit pictures and messages on his phone, the report said.
On the day of the arrest, the sheriff’s department said Day and the teen had planned to meet at her house, KWTV reported. Deputies arrived at the residence and reportedly texted the teacher from the boy’s phone, saying he’d arrived. Day responded to the message saying, “The doors [sic] unlocked as usual,” the report said.
When investigators entered the home, Day was sitting on the floor of her living room with candles lit and all the lights off, authorities said. She also reportedly was wearing a Christmas cat T-shirt and workout shorts.
The teacher confessed to sending the boy illicit “bra and panty” pictures and said he’d also sent her pictures of his genitals, KWTV reported.
You have to feel for Hunter Day. You talk about going from the highest high to the lowest low. One second you’re in your bedroom, all ready to rock. It’s the height of high school football season, so your husband’s been spending all his time pouring over all-22s looking for an edge that will help him gameplan for the big Thanksgiving Day rivalry game. But you’ve got your candles lit. The floor all set up. Your go-to Christmas cat shirt and booty shorts on. All ready for a day of career-ruining sex with one of your underage science students. And lo and behold, who comes in the door but John Law. Life as a football coach’s wife can be hard. Life as a Sex Scandal Teacher got much harder, in the time it took some Deputies to send a text and walk down a hall.
The Grades:
Looks: Hunter reminds me of something a buddy of mine said once to describe this one girl. That she is so close to being a total smokeshow that all you’d have to do is switch like one or two strands of her DNA and she’d be a 9, but as it is she’s a 7. I’ll say that about Hunter. But then someone Tweeted me that last photo of her on the desk with the glasses. And I went back to this post and upped her grade.
Grade: A-
Moral Compass/Bad Judgment: Texts. Bra and panty shots. A confession. Being as close to getting caught in the act as any SST has ever been. Plus she knows how to set a romantic mood with the candles on the floor and everything. A crazy cat lady Christmas outfit in November wouldn’t have been my choice. But other than that there are no holes in her game.
