The Daily Caller Reports That An Anonymous NFL Owner Is "Fucking Livid" With The Anthem Protests (The Owner Is A Green Bay Packers Shareholder)

An NFL owner reached out to The Daily Caller Monday night to express his extreme displeasure with players protesting the national anthem.

“I am f*****g livid right now. I see this s**t and I lose my mind. It needs to end immediately,” the owner stated during the brief phone conversation on background Monday.

“I’ll give up football completely and find something else to do with my time if this continues,” he added. “This horse s**t must end. These players are so out of touch. They disrespect our flag and then wonder why Trump won. It’s a no-brainer. This is so disrespectful.”

“People will run to college football over the NFL in droves if these protests continue,” the owner concluded at the end of the conversation. [The Daily Caller]

Wow, the dominos are finally starting to fall into place.  The house of cards is crumbling down.  All these selfish, ungrateful players thought their protests would have no consequences.  That they could just kneel during the National Anthem, put their fists up, then strap up their helmets and hit the field and everything would be hunky dory.  Well the owners aren’t biting their tongues anymore.  The rich guys who cut your paychecks and determine your employment are slowly getting fed up.  Take this one for example.  The first owner to come out and speak his mind and say what all the other owners are thinking.  They’re fucking livid.  They’re losing their minds.  They’ve had it up to here with this shit.

Who do you think it is?  Jerry Jones?  Last night was just a show?  Bob Kraft?  The whole cool guy, player’s-owner image is all a front?  Arthur Blank?  Paul Allen?  Zygi?

To be clear, the owner we spoke with is a shareholder of the Green Bay Packers. We feel this makes him uniquely qualified to put his finger on the pulse of everyday Americans, as opposed to possibly out of touch billionaires that own other NFL franchises.

Ah.  Ah yes.  The most powerful owner in sports – we, the people.  One of the 362,205 Green Bay Packers owners cashing in on some of his ownership caché.   Burt Sheboygan dialing up the Daily Caller to vent on behalf of all NFL owners, from the ones with complete control of the team to the ones who paid $250 for voting rights and invitations to attend annual meetings to meet executives and tour teams’ Hall of Fames.  Hell, they can even stick around for the kickoff of training camp.   If that’s not power I don’t know what is.

So keep it up, spoiled athletes.  All it takes is the remaining 362,204 Packers owners to speak out anonymously and you’re looking at some big trouble in Wisconsin.
