Not to wish death on anyone or anything but how funny would it be if someone drowned during this?   Casual 45 minute lecture to some high school kid about putting his boogie board on a trash can and using curse words in his casual conversation.   I’ve seen people in positions of authority go on power trips before but I’m not sure I’ve ever seen it extended down as far as lifeguard?  Buddy…get back up in your chair and watch the water.  Blow your little whistle when an 8 year old swims 6 inches past the buoy.  Keep the ocean safe and worry a little bit less about disrespectful stoner bodyboarders.
