Well now Dave Dombroski done did it. Listen it’s one thing to interrupt my vacation by saying that Barstool Sports has no credibility. That was bad enough. I nearly choked on my rose wine when I heard that. But that was just the beginning. Poor Chaps got so upset that I was upset that he went and had a damn heart attack. I think that’s what scientists call the ripple effect. Nothing on this earth happens in isolation. Every action has a reaction and so on and so forth. It started with John Farrell working Craig Kimbrel like a dog out of the bullpen. Carribas said a couple coaches called Farrell out for it. Dombroski called Jarred Carribas a liar. He said Barstool has no credibility. That caused me to get angry and interrupt my Nantucket vacation with an Emergency Press Conference. That caused Chaps to have a heart attack. It’s pretty much a straight line continuum. I hope Dombrowski can sleep okay tonight. He basically ruined two guys with Purple Hearts lives today. Nice job sir.  And on 4th of July week no less! (kinda)

PS – Chaps is doing well. Just another club we both belong too. The Purple Heart club and the Heart Attack club. And I guess it’s true what they say. If combat doesn’t kill you the blog life will.
