There’s nothing quite like a mother’s love. Mom’s out there doing mom stuff. This mom especially. Wading into DISGUSTING pond water to retrieve her son’s broken putter. Would she have gone all the way out there if she had known the putter was broken? The answer is probably still yes. She would’ve waded into that water if there were alligators and sharks in that water. That’s how deep a mother’s love runs. I will say, you never wanna be the guy who has the overbearing mother who is overbearing in public. Like this dude is gonna get mercilessly chirped in the locker room for the foreseeable future. His mom was trying to do a nice thing for him but he was for sure thinking, “God damn it. I’m never gonna live this down” while he saw this happening. Again, his mom is a hero and a saint for doing what she did. But her son is gonna get ridiculed for awhile now. That’s all I’m saying.
