Tiger Says He Hasn't Felt This Good In Years And That He "Unequivocally" Wants To Play Professional Golf Again
TW- It has been just over a month since I underwent fusion surgery on my back, and it is hard to express how much better I feel. It was instant nerve relief. I haven’t felt this good in years. As for returning to competitive golf, the long-term prognosis is positive. My surgeon and physiotherapist say the operation was successful. It’s just a matter of not screwing up and letting it fuse. I’m walking and doing my exercises, and taking my kids to and from school. All I can do is take it day by day. There’s no hurry. But, I want to say unequivocally, I want to play professional golf again.
Good enough for me! Does he always say that he’s never felt better? Yep! Does he always talk about how he still wants to play professional golf? Yep! What’s different this time around? A couple things. One, he sounds like he really means it I swear. And two, and most importantly, me and Riggs put the Fore Play Curse on him. Everybody we root against ends up doing well. I hate Sergio Garcia? He finally breaks through and wins the Masters. We both hate Ian Poulter with the heat on a trillion suns? Not only does he get his PGA Tour card back under insane circumstances but he almost wins The Players. Riggsy hates Billy Horschel? Billy Ho wins the AT&T Byron Nelson. So on this week’s podcast we threw all of our hate at Tiger Woods and what happens? He writes a blog about how he feels awesome and wants to play professional golf again. Coincidence? I think not. The next come back for Eldrick is gonna be the real one.
