Porn Titled: "Didgeridoo-Me" In Trouble For Appropriating Aboriginal Culture

Source –  A gay porn studio has sparked a furious backlash over a film that shows a man performing a sex act using a didgeridoo.

The explicit movie has been branded ‘racist’ and ‘incredibly disrespectful to the Australian aboriginal community’ for its portrayal of the wind instrument as a sex toy. The adult film – titled ‘Didgeridoo Me’ – shows a sleeping man being woken up by his partner loudly playing the long pipe.

He then attempts to get his revenge by grabbing the five-foot instrument and attempting to use it in a sex act. It has sparked a furious backlash online after clips of the film spread with one Twitter user saying: ‘Wow, porn actually managed to cross a line.’ Another added: ‘So no one is going to mention the fact that this is incredibly racist and culturally offensive? Don’t laugh, get angry,’ Didgeridoos were created by Indigenous Australians and still hold special status during ceremonial gatherings of some native groups. MailOnline has contacted the studio behind the movie for comment. 

Another day another disgusting example of gay people appropriating culture. First it was actually being gay, then it was the rainbow and now this. For those of you who don’t know what a didgeridoo is, here’s a picture:

It’s basically just a long fuck-able instrument that Australians used back in the day. I can see why they’d get upset. Didgeridoo’s and Aborigines are on the cusp of exploding onto the mainstream. It would be a shame for them to finally start getting the attention they deserve only to have the credit given to someone else. I will admit “Didgeridoo Me” is an all time great porn title. Both descriptive and intriguing. The plot seems believable too.  A guy wakes his friend up playing the didgeridoo, friend gets pissed and threatens to fuck him with said didgeridoo, then actually fucks him with it. Crazier things have happened.

I refuse to believe that any actual Aborigines are upset about this. Sure the twitter-sphere is upset but they get upset about everything.

GTFO, “get angry”. Didgeridoo’s have been around for thousands of years you can’t tell me this is the first time its been used sexually. It’s like a wooden fleshlight…or dildo depending on how you use it. If there’s one instrument gay people would appropriate this would be it.
