And I think my question is…so this is just part of the normal social media strategy for a girl in a spot like Madison Beer right? She got famous a few years ago after Justin Bieber tweeted a video of hers and hooked her up with his management team so she’s had some time in the spotlight. And now literally the second the clock turns on her being “legal” everywhere across the board, it’s just time to dump em out? It obviously makes sense — use your sex appeal, get those likes up even when you’re not recording music, sell people flat tummy tea, there’s a path here. But to see it happen so fast like she had a countdown clock on “Yes, this is when I can deploy my tits” is pretty outrageous. As someone who’s grown up alongside so many Disney stars who tried to show how adult they are by becoming a bad girl or leaking nudes or whatever (Jessica Biel’s NSFW photoshoot for some shitty magazine to get out of her 7th Heaven contract was a classic), it’s nice to see that there’s a path to growth for these gals that’s a little more cut and dry.
