The date is Wednesday (science name for Hump Day), March the 22nd in the year two-thousand-seventeen. And on this very date, the Philadelphia Phillies became the front runners to win the 2017 World Series of baseball. How did they accomplish such a feat before the season even begins? By bringing in a man who needs no introduction but we’ll give him one anyway because he probably does need at least some sort of introduction.

I mean what a duo these guys make up. How much in common do you think Chahlie and CT have in common? I need to know what this conversation was like. Also–I have no idea what Carrot Top even does. Like I know that he’s a comedian but I’m pretty sure I was still in elementary school by the time his career died down. The fact that he’s 52 is SHOCKING to me right now and quite frankly, I’m just proud of him for making it to 52. Definitely seems like a primetime candidate for “Dead Or Alive?”. Either way, glad to have him on board this year. It’s been a tough few seasons for the Phils. They went from the top of the world to the pits of hell quicker than any other team in sports history. For World Champs to a laughing stock. But that all ends this year now that they have that Carrot Top juju to work off of. Every championship team needs a thing. This is the Phillies’ thing.
