Rickie Fowler's Dinner Last Night Was Prepared By Salt Bae

The headline of this blog felt like a goddamn Mad Lib. Super random that Rickie Fowler had his dinner prepared by Salt Bae last night. Yet another perk of being famous. You don’t have your food prepared by just any chef. You get to have your food prepared by an internet meme star. Salt Bae. Which also got me thinking that Salt Bae is going to be one of the hardest (if not the hardest) internet phenomenons to explain to our children. There’s a lot of them but I’ve almost always thought it was going to be Marlins Man. How do we explain a man who goes to the most expensive sporting events and ALWAYS wears Miami Marlins gear? People in the future are going to look back at the sports during this period and find one common theme: Marlins Man. There might be a point where everyone from now is dead and there will be no one left to explain Marlins Man. That’ll be a wild time. But with all that said, Salt Bae might’ve taken Marlins Mans title belt. All we can really say about him is, “Oh yeah. Salt Bae was famous for salting meats.” That’s a tough sell cause it makes no sense. Kinda like most of the internet.
