Trump Taps Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions For U.S. Attorney General

It’s Friday, a week and a half after the election and The Donald is making several key appointments today. Despite all the hooplah about his transition, he’s actually on par time-wise with how other transitions have played out. One of those key appointments is Alabama Senator Jeff Sessions to U.S. Attorney General.
Sessions was the first Senator to endorse Trump. He has a bit of a controversial past, having been denied judgeship in the 80s because of some racisty stuff.
