Florida Man Pissed That His Mom Wont Buy His IHOP So He Calls 911

Less than an hour after village police advised a man not to use 911 unnecessarily, the man used the emergency line to complain that his mom wouldn’t give him any money for IHOP, according to a police report.

Gerald Anderson, 52, was arrested Tuesday for misusing the 911 system, after dispatching officers to his house at least 15 times since Sept. 18 for what police described as “frivolous” reasons.

According to a police report, North Palm Beach police officers arrived at Anderson’s house just after midnight, where officers noted that he was heavily intoxicated, as he had been during every interaction when they were dispatched to his house, police said.

I’m sure that the police were right and that some of, hell, most of the previous 15 calls to 911 over the past month were frivolous. But, to say that the IHOP call was frivolous is an outrage and borderline heartless.

I would be pissed if I asked my mom for money in order to pay for a couple of hot stacks and she said no. Am I the perfect son? No. I’m not. But like this 52-year-old stoolie, I am a growing boy and need carbs to achieve some lean gains on cheat day. Gerald here was probably about to miss his metabolic window and needed to carbo-load like a mother effer but now he’s not gonna meet his macros. Sad!

Shake your fist at the first 14 calls if you must. The 15th call was justified imo.
