Amy Schumer's Own Crowd Turned On Her And Stormed Out Because She Bashed A Trump Supporter During A Show In Tampa

Tampa Bay Tribune – About 200 people walked out of Amy Schumer’s comedy show at the Amalie Arena in Tampa Sunday when she mocked Donald Trump as, among other things, an “orange, sexual-assaulting, fake- college-starting monster.”

Loud booing from a vocal, but small minority of the arena crowd started about halfway through the show, when Schumer’s raunchy humor veered into more topical matters, including gun control and the presidential election.

“I don’t want to hear that. We wanted to have a good night without distractions with the politics,” said Bryon Infinger.

“It’s a bit much,” echoed his wife, Chrissy Infinger.

They both said everybody has a right to their opinion but thought Schumer went on too long.

“The show became political. I definitely didn’t come to hear this,” said Ryan Atwood [ED. NOTE: Amy Schumer’s biggest crime is not thinking of the poor kids from Chino just trying to punch dudes into swimming pools and finger bang Marissa Cooper].

There is nothing that makes me happier than when Amy Schumer gets taken down a peg. And to see her try so hard to turn this Trump supporter dude into a butt of a joke and be unable to do it made me so happy. You could feel her losing the crowd besides her loudest and shrillest lady supporters because people are so fatigued of getting opinions force fed to them as if they’re right and all others are wrong. This guy went up there, said something a good amount of people in the crowd agreed with, and Amy Schumer still tried to act like he was a gigantic asshole for having a different opinion. I mean these people in the audience paid to see her and presumably hear her talk about whatever she wants to talk about for an hour and they STILL had no interest in her by the end of all this. It’s nice to see that the shtick of chicks like her and Lena Dunham is finally catching up to them a little, a bit of sanity in an otherwise insane 2016.

Also how soft is Amy Schumer that she started inciting things and then had to threaten to throw people out if they’re mean to her. Heckling is one thing but when you’re inviting guys on the stage and have nothing funny to say about the situation, you 100% deserve the audience turning on you when you can’t get back on track. Sucks for the women there dying to hear hilarious jokes about how normal Amy Schumer is as she does BFF stuff with Jennifer Lawrence and how much she loves sex and drinking and how her desire for both often get her into madcap situations. Huge loss for all those ladies, I’m sure it would have been a delight.
