Daily Mail- An Iowa tennis star will be spared jail for sexually assaulting an autistic and mentally-ill teenager after entering a plea deal. Nicholas Fifield, 18, has been set to go on trial this week, after being charged last December with felony third-degree abuse of a person ‘suffering from a mental defect or incapacity, which precludes giving consent,’ according to the Des Moines Register. But he entered an Alford plea to a lesser charge of assault with intent to commit serious injury. The plea means he admits no guilt, but acknowledges there was enough evidence to convict him. Fifield, who graduated Valley High School this year, was 17, met the 18-year-old woman, a resident at a group home, through a dating site, according to authorities. He got permission from her parents and staff at the group home, in Des Moines, to take her to the cinema on December 5 last year. But instead, he took her to his home in Windsor Heights and forced her to perform sex acts – despite her saying ‘no’ a number of times, a police report and criminal complaint says.

Fuck this kid. That’s the only point of this blog. To shame Nicholas Fifield and put a face to a monster. No jokes. No laughs. Just shame. If you ever see Nicholas Fifeld on the street, spit in his face. No self-respecting authority figure will arrest you for doing it. I don’t know how this shit happens. I really don’t. The dude basically pled guilty to sexually abusing a mentally ill person and the judge is just like, “That’s a bad thing you did but we’re not gonna really punish you for it since you accepted a plea deal.” GTFO.

I mean how is this a real quote from a real attorney with a beating heart in his chest?

Polk County Attorney John Sarconne says probation is ‘agreeable with the victim’s family.’
He said the case involved ‘two people with a lot of issues between them.’
‘Prison would not do this kid any good,’ he added.

Say what now? Prison would do exactly what prison is supposed to do to a kid like Nicholas Fifield. Also, you know what else doesn’t do a kid any good either? Getting sexually abused and then watching their attacker roam the streets freely. FRY THIS KID. No punishment would be too harsh. There is such thing as too light of a punishment and it’s exactly the one they handed down. It makes you think of that Brock Turner ruling from a few months back. Oh you mean a talented, young white guy did something horrible and it’s VERY clear he did something horrible? Well we can’t have him missing any tennis matches so just plead out to something lesser. What a backhand that kid has! The world is super fucked.
