Blackhawks Sign Jordin Tootoo, One Of The Most Electric Fighters In The NHL

Welcome, I guess. I’m not a big Jordin Tootoo guy. At least not anymore. At 33 he doesn’t bring much to the table, but maybe Stan is just trying to bring in bodies. Maybe it’s an attempt to recreate some of Shaw in the aggragate. I don’t know how, or even if, Tootoo fits with this team. I believe if he were to clear waivers then the Hawks can bury his entire $750K cap hit(I’ll double check on that) if he did indeed get a one-way deal. What I do know is that Jordin Tootoo is fearless. And because he doesn’t care about his own safety he just trades bombs in fights until one guy drops. A real throw back.
