That had to be the most exciting part of Tour de France so far. The guy who drew that dick is four sure having the best day ever. “Did you see it on TV? You did?! So worth it!” Also, they’re still doing the Tour de France without Lance Armstrong? And people still watch? That’s weird. There’s gotta be better things to do.
