The UFC Banned Ariel Helwani For Life For Breaking The Brock Lesnar News Before They Announced It

In a nutshell, go fuck yourself, Dana White. What a bush league, bullshit, pussy ass move. To give a little background, Ariel Helwani is like the UFC’s Mort/Schefty, but more likable. He broke the news yesterday that Lesnar would fight at UFC 200, which apparently Dana White wanted to break himself during last night’s UFC 199. So what did Dana White do to UFC’s most well known and best reporter? Had him kicked out of the arena and banned for life. All because Ariel did his job and got the scoop. Absolutely pathetic. Imagine if the NFL revoked credentials to reporters who broke news before teams announced it? We’d have no reporters. Imagine if MLB banned White Sox Dave for life for being a big time insider? It would be blasphemous.

And it’s not like Ariel is going to stop reporting on the UFC just because he doesn’t have credentials. He’s very well respected and clearly has a ton of sources inside of the UFC. Let’s hope he breaks every major piece of UFC news before they do for the rest of time.
