Listen, I don’t know what is and isn’t a trigger word these days. You tell me a word that was thrown around willy nilly for basically my entire life is now breaking down people’s safe spaces, I’ll just assume that’s the way the world has gone. But let me make this very clear to the people at Sprint. You have a girl that looks like this making negative statements about anything, people are going to be pissed on principle alone.

Because that chick SUCKS. There are thousands upon thousands of them here in New York and I dread seeing them stumble around the streets after their Sunday brunches.  Anything this girl says offends me to my core as a human..  As for the actual marketing campaign, show some guts for me one time Sprint. You can’t drop the fake ass “The truth hurts” ad campaign and then backtrack immediately.  The Giants and their backtracking “Washington” schedule announcement think that’s lame. This is how I’ve viewed customers of the four major phone companies for years (at least in New York).

T-Mobile: Poor people phone company, regardless of age, race, or creed. If you have a T-Mobile phone, you are one step above Boost Mobile and two steps above the burners from The Wire.
Sprint (Before ad): Still pretty poor person that didn’t want to have the stink of being a T-Mobile customer on their life resume. Or someone that had a Nextel because they loved hearing their phone chirp and they were too lazy to switch phone companies.
Sprint (After ad): Still pretty poor person that pays money to a coward phone company that is yellower than its logo. Or someone that had a Nextel because they loved hearing their phone chirp and they were too lazy to switch phone companies.
AT&T: Someone that makes their phone decisions based on companies that ruled the 80s and 90s (at least in New York).  I still don’t understand how AT&T service sucks in the middle of New York City in the year 2016, but here we are.
Verizon: The king stay the motherfucking king, Bill Simmons be damned.
