We're Hosting The Chicago Pints 4 Pete Thursday May 5th At Declan's Pub In Old Town, Come Out And Help A Great Cause
Everyone knows our friend Pete Frates and his story by now. Well in addition to the yearly polar plunge, they’re doing a Pints 4 Pete fundraiser where everyone across the country comes out, has a couple of beers, donates to a good cause and toasts to Pete and all those fighting ALS. From Denver, to New York, to Boston, to Chicago, we’re trying to make this a huge event that can raise a ton of money. This one also hits home for me as well because I have a close family member currently battling ALS. I can tell you firsthand through dealing this with my family that it is the worst disease in the world. So these events are important. We need to find a cure, it has to happen. Every dollar matters, every ounce of awareness makes a difference. So buy a ticket, $20 gets you 2 drinks, $35 gets you 2 drinks and a shirt all the money goes towards finding a cure and don’t be afraid to hit that donate box either. Hopefully see a bunch of you out at Declan’s on May 5th.
