Somebody Spliced Together Ernie Els' Disaster Hole With Happy Gilmore

Good stuff. The Happy Gilmore references were obvious but still brutal. I’m still in somewhat disbelief that happened yesterday. I had to work up a lot of courage to even watch Ernie’s disaster hole. It was like a really REALLY bad car accident. I just feel bad for the guy. Everybody does. Then he opened up with a 6 on the first hole today by missing another short putt and everybody felt worse. Even the crowd at Augusta feels bad. They’ve been cheering extra loud for Ernie all day to hopefully give him some confidence. The guy has won four majors. Four! And even he gets in his head about putting and gets the yips. Crazy. But hey, at least we got that video out of it. That’s a positive I guess. It doesn’t do much for Ernie but here’s to hoping he recovers from whatever the hell is bouncing around in his head.
