Well isn’t this some scary shit. West Philly, Gray’s Ferry, North Philly, Strawberry Mansion, East Falls, South Philly. It seems like everywhere in this city there’s been an unfortunate incident recently. Even the “Safer” areas of Philly have been getting There was a stick up and shooting on Broad and Locust a few weeks ago, as well as a serial stabber losing his shit around Rittenhouse. And don’t discount the multiple shootings that have been going down in Queen’s Village. Christ, where we play softball at 30th and Washington last summer there was police tape around the adjacent playground because there was a murder, execution style, that occurred the night before. I know it’s a big city and I understand that violence has, and will always be a apart of not just Philly, but any urban area, but this is just getting…scary. Stay safe out there kids.
