Chick-Fil-A's Idea Of A Healthy Diet Is To Eat 8 Nuggets Every 3 Hours

WFSB - On the side of the restaurant’s bag, they offer ideas “for healthier living.” One of those tips says,”Kick off the New Year by adding one healthy habit to your routine. Here’s a good one: Eat smaller meals (like an 8-count pack of grilled nuggets) every three to four hours.” Inside Edition wrote, “A dieter who ate the chain’s $3.85 grilled nuggets every three hours during a typical day when he or she was awake from 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. would spend about $700 per month.”

Hah, suck it everyone who thinks eating fast food is unhealthy. Chick-Fil-A just told me that eating 8 nuggets every 3 hours is a healthy choice. Sure they suggested “grilled” nuggets but that doesn’t mean you have to only eat grilled nuggets. I assume they mean 8 nuggets, medium fry, and large lemonade ever 3 to 4 hours. Nobody is going to go to CFA and eat just 8 grilled nuggets. And by the way, the idea of grilled nuggets being considered chicken nuggets is pure grade A bullshit to begin with. It’s just a piece of grilled chicken, chopped up. It’s pretty much an insult to real nuggies that they use the same name for a piece of grilled chicken.

Now yes, obviously people want Chick-Fil-A to “think about the kids!” and all that annoying jibber jabber before printing on their bag that it’s healthy to eat nuggets every 3 to 4 hours. Pretty hysterical. They want it to be like “go outside for 30 minutes a day” or “eat an apple”…but Chick-Fil-A is like nope, eat more of our food and you’re immediately healthier! However, it probably is rather healthy to eat grilled chicken every 4 hours, but if you aren’t dunking that chicken in Chick-Fil-A sauce, you’re an alien and will probably be arrested. Also, they aren’t open on Sunday’s so I need to know if I’m supposed to double up on Saturday or what the deal is. Maybe just buy one of those huge platters and reheat it for Sunday?

I’m just glad that my favorite fast food establishment understands that they are a healthy part of a balanced diet, and won’t let the haters and losers tell them otherwise.

PS: While Chick-Fil-A sauce is awesome, as is their ranch, buffalo and polynesian, have you ever gotten the honey mustard? Something has gone aloof with CFA honey mustard sauce. It’s so weak it hurts.

On the exact other end of the spectrum, I could drink a cookies n cream milkshake from there every 4 hours for the rest of my life.
