Happy Birthday To Addison Russell, He's 22!

TWENTY TWO! Addison Russell is 22 years old. Remember when the Samardzija trade went down and it was leaked that Billy Beane said he was basically trading Barry Larkin to the Cubs. Well that guy is here, real, and twenty two. The point of this blog more than the Happy Birthday was this. It’s January, the Blackhawks are good but we still have a few months until their real season starts, the Bulls are garbage, and the Bears aren’t playing in the playoffs because that’s not their style. So think of this, a hot summer afternoon with 22 year old Addison Russell, 24 year old Kris Bryant, 26 year old Anthony Rizzo, 26 year old Jason Heyward, 23 year old Jorge Soler and 23 year old Kyle Schwarber all out on the field at Wrigley. Warms the heart right? Can’t wait for opening day. Only an absolute moron would move to New York in May this year. HA!
