I’m ready to move on. Time for the big red menace down South. Time to go to St. Louis and match up against the Cardinals for the first time in postseason history (yeah our history isn’t too hot).  But before I officially do that, I need to know if Kyle Schwarber’s home run has landed yet.  That’s a serious question. That ball was CRUSHED. That was the official moment Gerrit Cole knew he was done, when Schwarber went agua on his ass in front of all of Pittsburgh. He even called it too.

And you know what the best part of last night’s win was from an offensive stand point? Bryant and Rizzo didn’t even do anything at the plate, 0-7 combined. That’s how scary this lineup can be. The best two guys didn’t hit and we still had a mammoth home run and Fowler with a fantastic night. When it’s going there isn’t a single break in sight, facials for everyone.
