Listen, I didn't really even grasp the scope of how long it's been since Philip Rivers has been an NFL quarterback until this clip. Part of me felt like he was still slinging it a year or two ago, but nope. Unc walked into the function and thought he still had to put on a mask and hop on Zoom.

The bottom line is that this is a fun storyline in the NFL that sorta desperately needed one. Sure, the parity is real this year, and instead of automatically locking the Chiefs into the final game, we've got a handful of teams that can make it. Now, do I think he has a chance of being a good quarterback? Absolutely not, he walked in with that dad bod and he's not going to know what hit him with that Seattle Engage 8. And don't even get us started on his Week 18 matchup with the Texans, if his body can hold up by then. I genuinely fear for that man's health and safety if he's got Danielle Hunter and Will Anderson running at him.
