Jerry Jones Said He Offered The Jets A First Round Pick AND Micah Parsons For Quinnen Williams Before The Season Because He Thought That Highly Of Him

Put this one next to the craziest thing you'll hear all day. Listen, the Cowboys are back whether you like it or not. Their defense looks completely different than in the beginning of the year, mainly in part of trading for guys like Quinnen Williams and Logan Wilson who have beefed up their team. They're still a running-the-table away from making the playoffs probably, but you've gotta commend Jerry Jones for not sitting on his ass to finish the year.

Now, is there a chance he's hitting everyone with the lie of the century and that was never offered? Probably, but that's the art of the deal baby. I don't know how you reject that if you're the Jets, so a smarter man would like to think it's probably a fib. But then again, why would you lie about that when you got him for a 2026 2nd and 2027 1st? 

Quinnen will probably be a Cowboy for a long time to come, the team has two top 5 WRs on their team, and Dak still got it. The world, at least certainly the NFL, is probably a better place with the Cowboys in contention, even if they never quite get it done.
