The Giants Finally Fired Shane Bowen - All It Took Was Him Blowing A Fifth Double-Digit 4th Quarter Lead, Ruining The Entire Season And Setting The Franchise Back

Look at Mike Kafka having the simplest brain out here. The biggest no-brainer move, at any point this season, was firing this complete dogshit defensive coordinator who single-handedly lost a bunch of games and never should have been hired or considered to be hired by the Giants. Shane Bowen might go down as the worst hire the Giants ever had. Worse than Joe Judge, worse than Pat Shurmur, worse than Jason Garrett, worse than Dave Gettleman, at least tied with him. But I fully believe Shane Bowen ruined the franchise.

Why? Because look at all the problems. You now have to go make a coaching hire. You have to fire Joe Schoen and can't let him keep making coaching decisions, so add a GM there. You have guys losing their minds, wanting out, starting over with Jaxson Dart at least helps. But, coming into this year you had this defensive line that was supposed to be awesome. A group of guys who are supposed to get after the quarterback, keep you in games, win games for you. Instead we have Brian Burns looking awesome and Shane Bowen flushing everyone's career in the toilet with each passing game. Remember when he moved Abdul Carter to be like a coverage linebacker? Smart. That's what you want to do with this sort of lineup.

So, yeah, I don't give a shit about celebrating a man getting fired. Shane Bowen ruined my football season. Shane Bowen attempted to make Abdul Carter a bust. All you had to do was not blow FIVE fourth quarter double-digit leads. Seems fairly easy to do for basically anyone, except this asshat. Do Joe Schoen next. It's time.
