A List Of "Green Flags In A Man's Apartment" Is Going Viral And For Once, They're Actually Pretty Reasonable
Listen, it feels like every time you go on Twitter you see a new list of something regarding men's lifestyle choices. Sometimes it's unacceptable places to take a woman on a first date that included nearly every average first date under the sun:
Sometimes it's a list of "diabolical things I want in a man" which include no earnings cap, 6'2, and only flies business class:
And like I mentioned on those blogs, there's nothing more top performing than a controversial debate over what women are looking for in men. But I was oddly surprised today when I saw this list of green flags in a man's apartment, which actually sound somewhat reasonable.
The only place I think I'd disagree, and the top reply seems to indicate that too, is that I don't know any fella who doesn't have a girlfriend who has living plants in his household. You can hardly trust most dudes to wake up for their alarm like Luke Kwon playing for a million dollars in the biggest YouTube golf tournament ever let alone remember to water them every so often. Candles are a non-negotiable, no one under the age of hopefully 25 is living in a home without a candle and if you are you're sorely lost.
Gone are the days of the 3-in-1 body wash/shampoo/conditioner combos, get yourself a nice looking bottle of shampoo and if you're really a scumbag just replace it with some cheap shit after and keep the nice bottle for display. Another problem with the list is that for our baldies out there like Bald Paul, you aren't finding a hairbrush within a country mile of that guy's place. But he's worth millions of dollars so hopefully he's got some nice Dyson airwraps or something for those lucky enough to be invited home.
There's an old adage similar to a penny saved is a penny earned, except it's just clothes on the floor means your potential relationship is there too. And the only way she could have maybe made this list better is if she had said a multi-tv setup perfect for some Saturday hoops and football:
Now that's a green flag! Good luck out there.
