3I/Atlas Has Come Around the Sun 'Completely Intact', Which 'No Natural Comet Should Be Able to Do,' the 'Calculations Don't Add Up' and it's 'Writing its Own Rulebook'

If you've been a skeptic about the nature of 3I/Atlas, assuming it was just another harmless comet buzzing the solar system, dismissing all the concerns as alarmist, clickbait nonsense that would be over once it approached the sun like a moth hitting a bug zapper, you're not alone. I assumed the same thing. For a while. 

But now that 3I/Atlas has passed hit perihelion, its closest point to the sun, it's acting like anything but. 

Daily Mail -  The interstellar visitor blazing through our solar system shows startling signs that it may not be a comet, but something truly alien. 

The object known as 3I/ATLAS recently survived a scorching flyby of the Sun completely intact, something no natural comet should be able to do. …

 However, the latest data has revealed that 3I/ATLAS is still a single, bright object with no pieces breaking off and no cloud of fragments or debris, further supporting [Harvard professor Avi] Loeb's theory that the object could be an alien mothership maneuvering around the sun.

Instead of a shattered mess, astronomers David Jewitt and Jane Luu found an intact body surrounded by a glowing coma, the fuzzy envelope of gas that is stretched out in two directions, one pointing toward the sun and another pointing away from it. 

The new images captured by the Nordic Optical Telescope in Spain also revealed … two giant jet-like streams blasting out for hundreds of thousands of miles from the object's surface, which defy the laws of science. …

'Technological thrusters which point their exhaust towards the sun would accelerate away from the Sun,' Loeb said in a statement.

'This post-perihelion maneuver might be employed by a spacecraft that aims to gain speed rather than slow down through the gravitational assist from the sun.'  … 

This includes shooting out streams of frozen carbon dioxide (CO₂) instead of normal water vapor, like comets that formed within our solar system.

However, the images revealed that the unexplained jet pointing toward the sun is 620,000 miles long, while the stream facing away from the sun is 1.86 million miles in length. 

Well alrighty then. Just an object the size of Manhattan buzzing around that even the fooking sun - which is 99.86% of the total mass of the solar system - couldn't put a dent in. It's made of stuff that none of our comets are. It's firing off clouds that may act like exact like jet engines, accelerating it away from the sun, and one of them is a shabby little 1.86 million miles long. And all of it defies the laws of science. 

Nothing to worry about. As you were. Go about your business. Jesus is coming. Look busy.

Besides, Avi Loeb, brilliant though he is, never hesitates to wildly speculate about what things could be. No matter how insane it sounds or improbable it may be. This is probably just more of the same. 

Guess again, again. Everyone is baffled by the data and reaching for insane sounding conclusions.

… without the recoil that we should see, and staying structurally intact when it should’ve cracked apart. Nothing about this matches standard comet physics. Not the geometry, the stability, or the light curve, and not the acceleration. 

So we’re left with two options here. Either this is a natural interstellar object with physics and internal structure we’ve never seen before… or we’re watching a piece of engineered hardware move through our system and act exactly how it was built to act.

Either way, the old explanations don’t hold. 3I/ATLAS is writing its own rulebook now. Will Dr. Avi Loeb be increasing the Loeb scale from 4 to 5, that remains to be seen.

…November 11, 2025, by top astronomers David Jewitt and Jane Luu reveal that 3I/ATLAS is a single solid body… not broken, not scattered — but alive and glowing with a strange jet pointing directly toward the Sun. Scientists call it a sunward anti-tail — something almost no ordinary comet should have. 

Here’s where it gets weird. The energy calculations don’t add up. To produce the jets we’re seeing, 3I/ATLAS would’ve needed far more surface area and energy than any known comet of its size could ever manage. That means something else is driving those powerful outflows. 

Even Harvard’s Avi Loeb says the behavior makes no sense for a natural object. The jets point toward the Sun — the opposite of what comets usually do. Some even suggest it could be using technological thrusters, intentionally pushing itself away from the Sun after its close pass. 

Whatever 3I/ATLAS is — natural or not — it’s breaking every rule of traditional astronomy. One thing is clear: this visitor from beyond our solar system isn’t done surprising us yet.

Stay curious. The universe might be trying to tell us something. 

Again, with the Einstein quote. But it fits. And as they said in Close Encounters when someone pointed out how the humans the aliens abducted hadn't age and that proved Einstein was right, "He was probably one of them." 

So 3I/Atlas is defying all our known laws of physics, baffling the smartest members of our species, and no one has an explanation. But it's that part about 'isn't done surprising us yet' that should have us the most concerned. 

I know I am. Though I take comfort in knowing one of our elected officials is on the case, my close personal friend Congresswoman Luna:

… what the government might be hiding about non-human life forms, and why access to key footage is being blocked from the public. 

Luna says this fight for UFO and ET disclosure is a bipartisan battle, but warns that powerful forces inside the intelligence community and the Department of Defense are pushing back hard to keep the truth hidden. 

Meanwhile, sources claim that NASA’s Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO) captured rare images of 3I/ATLAS on October 2–3, but those pictures still haven’t been released — adding even more mystery to the case. 

Could this be the moment the truth finally breaks through?  

Until anyone figures out what this thing, how it's acting the way it is, and most importantly, why, there's nothing we can do but carry on. I just hope that whatever it's going to do, it waits until after the Patriots win the Super Bowl. Then at least if it's been sent here to destroy us all, I'll die happy.
