Connor Bedard Has Been Pissed Off Every Day To Start The Year And I LOVE IT

Bad Boy Bedsy. I LOVE this from Connor Bedard. This is a side to him we haven't really seen. Maybe he's getting confident in himself and his teammates and it's manifesting itself into not taking a lick of shit from anyone including Anderson who is actually very tough, but Bedard wasn't backing down. 

Nobody needs him to be fighting. I don't want him to be actually fighting unless ABSOLUTELY necessary, but I love this fuck you attitude out of him. The Blackhawks have been lacking in toughness and togetherness for years now. This group seems to have a little bit more moxy and Bedard has been a big part of that. The production will be there, it's been there to start the year, but if he's going to be an elite player he needs to bring energy and passion. This seems like a different attitude through three games and as a result they've been more competitive. No bad losses so far. We know Bedard can be an all-star from the blueline in, but if he can be competitive in all three zones and step into a leadership position even with just his play then the Blackhawks are in a much better place for the future than they were just 6 months ago. The ship is starting to turn.
