Watch: Jonathan Gannon Finally Showed Some Emotion And Lost His Goddamn Mind On Emari Demercado For Fumbling Before He Got Into The End Zone

We all saw it yesterday. The dumbest play in sports, a turnover because you dropped the ball before you got to the end zone. Completely changed the game, the first domino that led to the Cardinals loss. Now, we have video of Jonathan Gannon losing his goddamn mind on the sidelines:

Yeah, I mean this is how a coach should react. You know your team is about to blow another game, you're running out of time and have to deal with all the questions. I wondered what Cardinals fans (mostly because I can't name one outside of Cortez) would say about this. They are happy, or at least cheering that Jonathan Gannon showed emotion. They called him a robot, a guy with no fire in the gut, they seem to forget he's about explosives. Pew Pew!

Not shockingly there are people on the Internet who think Gannon was too mean here. Think he swung on him. Uhh, have we ever watched football before? This is hardly a swing, this is a coach realizing he just witnessed the dumbest play a player can possibly make. I liked the idea from Dave and Greg this morning:

Million dollar fine in the contract if this happens. We won't see it again. I don't even understand how it happens. Just run straight to the fans and then drop the ball. I know DeSean Jackson was famous for doing this and obviously Leon Lett, but now every single time it happens it goes viral and people lose their minds. Just run with the ball, seems like a simple concept you learn pretty early on in life.

At least Jonathan Gannon showed some emotion. Cardinals fans got that going for them.
